Operating perspective

My professional journey began in engineering and enterprise operations, but over time I became increasingly interested in a recurring question: how can the process itself be improved?

Signature professional philosophy
I didn't enter software development by leaving operations. I entered it by trying to improve operations.

01

Engineering Foundation

My foundation began with Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, where I developed a systems-oriented way of thinking: understanding inputs, controls, signals, constraints and outcomes before trying to improve performance.

02

Advanced Engineering

The M.Tech program in Instrumentation & Electronics Engineering at Jadavpur University strengthened that analytical base and deepened my interest in how technical systems behave in complex operating environments.

03

Procurement & Contracts

Early professional exposure to procurement, contracts and commercial workflows helped me understand how business decisions move through documentation, approvals, coordination and operational follow-up.

04

Materials Management

Hands-on Materials Management work brought direct exposure to vendor coordination, goods receipt, inspection, inventory, invoice and payment processes, and ERP-supported operations.

05

Process Improvement

Repeated manual follow-ups, disconnected information and operational bottlenecks gradually made the improvement opportunity impossible to ignore. The question became how to redesign the process, not just complete the task.

06

Automation & Application Development

That led into workflow automation, Google Apps Script applications, dashboards and internal digital systems designed around real operating patterns rather than abstract technology demos.

07

Digital Transformation

My current direction is combining domain expertise with technology to solve real business problems.
